The Details: Located a 15-minute drive from central London in the village of Radlett, Little Saddles is a collection of eight boutique homes set within a private gated development. Each property features a mixture of red brick, wood paneling and white stucco cladding, private manicured front, and rear gardens, as well as private garages and off-street parking. Buyers have the option of choosing either a classic or contemporary design. The Details: Located just off Hanover Square in Mayfair, the Mandarin’s 80 residences are debuting early next year and range from studios to four-bedroom apartments. The Details: Mayfair Park Residences are the first-ever Dorchester Collection branded residences and comprised of 22 properties in Georgian town houses. The Parisian design duo Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku are behind the interiors which have both classic and contemporary elements. In addition to a 24-hour concierge and access to a Rolls-Royce house car, residents can enjoy amenities such as dining from Wolfgang Puck’s first venture in Europe, CUT, dog walking, and sommelier services. The residential entrance lobby features a 2,700-piece hand-cut chandelier inspired by the nearby Hyde Park and two sweeping installations of 17,000 hand-painted bone china leaves.

Starting Prices: Not yet disclosed 

The Details: In the heart of Victoria and debuting in October, these 18 apartments are located across a Grade II listed fire station and a new structure that features a green courtyard in between. OpenStudio Architects kept elements of the original Baroque architecture during the restoration but also added in contemporary touches such as exposed steel beams. The old engine room will be home to a restaurant, Mathura, from Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar, and the original carriage doors will serve as the main entrance to the building.

The Details: Debuting in September, The Sky Residences are located in the city of London in a new landmark tower, One Bishopsgate Plaza, also home to the Pan Pacific London hotel. The 160 apartments are elegant and contemporary and feature views of iconic landmarks such as St. Paul’s Cathedral. Private resident amenities include a library, bar, and business suite.
